Those mushroom and goat cheese tartlets look awesome! I love goat cheese, so that’s an automatic winner in my book.

This looks great! I was drawn in by the chocolate peppermint sandwich cookies, but I really liked your tartlets too. Using the phyllo shells kind of eliminates the frustration many people experience when working with phyllo dough.
