The Duo with Joy-Duo Dishes
Here we are with Ms. Joy!

This past Sunday, we ventured Downtown to Joy the Baker’s Virtual Picnic.  It was a sunny rooftop shindig.  Here are a few pictures with a few words on the afternoon.  Take a looksie!

Spicy coleslaw, chocolate cupcakes and Cheetos! Love Cheetos. Also love coleslaw and cupcakes.

Closing the afternoon overlooking the smoggily gorgeous Downtown skyline.

Who doesn’t love a picnic?  The weather was perfect, the people were sweet, the food was delicious, and Joy was a joy!  Supposedly, she plans to do it again.  We hope to squeeze onto the guestlist for a repeat.

  1. Oh, I am turning green from jealousy! Congrats on your blog award and gosh, I already wanted to live clsoe by so I could crash dinner time but gee, you even get to meet Joy–yippee!

  2. It sounds like it was a lot of fun.

I just discovered (reading your bio) that you guys were not living together or did I misunderstand. I really thought that you were a couple, discovering and reading your posts daily…

  3. awesome! I need to do that around here with some of the crazy foodies. Love the bowl of Cheetos. I think every foodie loves Cheetos.
